Can anyone tell me the answer for:

I get the "i" from Titanomachy which is 8 but I may have turned in the wrong direction.

I think I see it now.

It was either 11 which is CYNIC or 25 - LIST that was fooling me. Although I think LYDFORD LAW which is 31 and 34-COSEC didn't help me.

I believe 46 is ZINE but that seems too obvious?

But , squarebear, apparantly not such a clever clogs after all! I thought you were posting the puzzle so I could have a go too. I used to try when it was in the Listener but I couldn't spare the time and of course AB hadn't been dreamt up then!! You were probably not born.

No ,someone else kindly posted the link, so I thought I'd try. The prize is a dictionary and puzzle books for runners up.

Seems strange that everyone gets so worked up about this, yet Sunday Express �1000 crossword answers are bandied about all over the place.
