Not sure if this is a Mephisto (It's a quiz quiz clue). Don't have any letters to help - sorry.

REMOVAL OF FIRST LADY HOLDING ONE SCOTTISH PORTION (12)

I'm thinking displacement (isp - one scottish portion ?) but can't work the logic out

Eve ( First lady round I = 1 + S = Scottish portion, first letter of Scottish ) followed by ration ( = portion )

Sorry - Scottish portion should have been SC ( first two letters of Sciottish ).
