Inquisitor

For quite some time I've been in the habit of having a concerted bash at Inquisitor starting on the following Tuesday or Wednesday when the less cerebral stuff is out of the way. I can usually post it at the weekend or Monday in good time for Thursday deadline. On looking at Inquisitor 91 just now, I see that the deadline for September 20th puzzle is 25th. Since when have we only had 5 days max instead of the customary 12 days max in which to complete it and send off? Might explain why I'm down to my last bottle of olive oil.

Rollo noticed this earlier in the week and put up a post to alert us. We don't know whether this is a clerical error or whether the deadline has been shortened (like EV).

I used to have a go at The Inquisitor. I even finished a few. Then there was a sequence of about 5 puzzles where I could get ANSWER NOT ONE! and I gave up probably forever.
12 days? 12 months more like!
