Last one (unless I have something else wrong!) - please help, so I can relax! It must be obvious: 12d: Carried out equipment packed, moving rather slowly? (10). C?RRIG?ADE
I have found the word CIRRIGRADE which apparently means 'Moving or moved by cirri, or hairlike appendages' This would be an anagram of CARRIED and RIG. Don't know whether this helps!
Thankyou, both.!
I did try to invent a word from the anagram of 'carried 'and 'rig', but could not find 'cirrigrade' in my dictionary. Now I can finish what I should be doing and go to bed and sleep well!
