This (I'm fairly sure) is a clue in which the wordplay has an extra letter, in this case a K . I think the first letter is an O, while the full word could(???) be OTIS i.e. OK (=all right) +TIS(=it's)-K . But seems to have nothing to do with "a lady feeling regret "? Any suggestions, please?
