Thank you 'elcee45' & 'BigDave44' for such a quick response.

I wrote in HAYMOW but it didn't make sense to me. I've lived in the country all my life and have never heard of it.

Well - I've just learnt a new word for the New Year, but will I ever use it!
I think it's, like many others, a word only used in crosswords these days. It is in Chanbers.
