johnalex- thought of Melancholia straight away- psychiatric nurse background, then put in the letters into my electronic crossword solver- one possibility- Melancholia. Yet, good to hear your explanation for sure+ this will help JohnAlex with my future solving of cryptic xwords. Finished the Crusader after asking for 4 clues- brain very rusty today- so am pleased- will be the 13th puzzle that have posted in 4 days! 8of gk's, 3 cryptics, 1 arroword + 1 prize sudoku in that 13 :-) Sweet dreams all, Bea :-)

Thought you said you was Scottish at some point in another post or am I muddling you up with another poster? Sorry if have mixed you up with someone else. Just adore everything Scottish , Scotland + many Scottish people :-) Husband is half Scottish + half Argentinean :-) He wore a kilt on our wedding day :-) Best holiday ever was dolphin watching in Scotland with WDCS along the Moray Firth region, too! Och aye Harry ;-)
