If you could tell us which crossword the clues are from and if you have any letters in the possible answers then it would help both the ones who have looked at the particular crossword and the ones who don't have the crossword but could hazard a (usually very reliable) guess.

If you could find out from your friend any other information about the crossword, or the clues could you re-post. When we look at a question and see that it already has two answers we naturally think that the question has been answered.
