Mug

This isn't a question, but thought I would share this with you. I bought a mug on holiday. On one side is a design of a crossword with the words "I'd rather be doing the Crossword". On the other, the words "Pencils are for wimps, go straight for the pen". I couldn't resist buying it.

I have a B&B business at home. I was given a mug with a crossword on it for Christmas. I have put it in one of the bathrooms (with clues and pen!). Now (occasionally) guests ask for an answer to a particular clue, and I haven't a clue (or the time to work it out any more!)....

There were dozens of different categories - hobbies, zodiac star signs, relations (mother, father etc) sports, occupations etc., all with some kind of jokey comment on them. On a huge rack with a chart with numbers of each mug and the mugs hanging on hooks against that number. It was quite interesting looking at all the funny comments. I got mine in Scotland but guess you could get them anywhere there is a big gift shop or garden centre perhaps.

I'm as far away from Scotland as I could be! South Coast of England, 5 mins from sea. I'll look out for one.
