Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Hi Folks.

Does anyone out there know where I can find the solution to last month's Guardian Genius Xword (No. 73)? It beat me ends up and I'd like to see how and why!!

I don't think the solution is out yet, but I still have my working copy so if you can give the clue numbers you are stuck on I'll try to help.

Yes indeed.
Go to http://www.guardian.co.uk/crossword/

On the left hand side of page click on 'This months Genius Winner (lucky Glenys Dey) You will need Java to produce crossword format then use cheat facility. However if you click on 'show annoted solutions' beneath the special instructions you will get a list of explainations. I'm informed by Guardian readers that the Genius Xword does not appear in the newspaper so how do you receive it? Hope this helps

Thanks to both Kayakamina and Rainblue. I receive on line but couldn't locate a way of getting the solution. Make allowances for septagenarianism and lack of IT know-how.
