Confirmation as to \"why\" or correction on the following would be most appreciated.

10 across, clue: If it\'s good there isn\'t any (4), I have ?E?S. I thought \"LEES\" as in the residue in wine.

26 down, clue: Vehicle used by medic at all times (4), I have D?A?. I thought \"DRAY\". DR for medic but don\'t know about \"at all times\".

25 down, clue: Leading leg-spinner (2,3), I have: ON ?O?. I thought \"ON TOP\" which I\'m fairly happy about.

Help please.

p.s. 25d leg (in cricket) = on, spinner = top (as in child's toy)
