Many thanks for copy of Flighty by Doc!

Many congratulations to another Doc (an AB regular) for winning 1st prize for "releasing her inner self"!
Well Done!
Thank you for the PDF link.
Thanks Cruciverbalist and Robinruth for the link and my congratulations, too, to our doctor friend for her recent win.
Can I confirm that all the unclued lights are EU/ME as I have more than one possible for 1 ACROSS.
No, 1a is NA
The obvious one - though defunct, as is another of the unclued lights.

For 2 DOWN, I have AILSA - it's a Scottish name, but could someone explain the wordplay?

Hi folks ..
thank you for providing the PDF' .. does anyone know if it is acceptable to send it in (i.e. PDF printed out and filled in of course) for the chance of being picked out the bag ? or does one have to get hold of a copy of the actual magazine or subscribe to an on-line subscription ( e.g. a bit like the times crossword club ?)
many thanks.
