Thanks to the help on other questions posted - I wouldn't have got the Take That, or the reflection of the barbers post.
Agree, there are lots of red herrings in this one. Has anyone spotted the liitle santa figure on top of the church door - is this a clue? Also have absolutely no idea about the star in the car. JJones I think is the Mr and Mrs Christmas special.

The star in the car clue is Top Gear - they have a segment in the show when a celebrity drives a car around a circuit and it's called 'star in a reasonably-priced car'.
