Its not just that Maeva. It is only right that if you are asking for help that you give the full question so that anybody can try to give the right answer. I know that askers often dont bother and still get the answers, but as long as I remain on this site, and it may not be much longer, I try to get the askers to at least bother to give a clue.

I havent found a better site for the friendly people that help everyone Maeva, it is just I am fed up with people who cant be bothered to give the clues, or number of letters etc, and they dont change their ways cos people give them the answers anyway. I am also fed up with people who dont acknowledge answers, especially when you take time to find out something difficult for them. I do come on here less and less but find that nothing changes. I wanted the ABed to bring back instructions by the posting box, but they think instead that people will read the bumpf on the first page. As if.....

I agree Grasscarp (by the way, have you ever caught one?). I don't do any crosswords myself, so with these sorts of questions I have no ideas.

No Jason I never caught one. I used to have one in a pond in the garden, but he hasnt been up to the surface for such a long time that he is now missing, presumed dead. Sad.
