Still struggling!!! 5dn and 14ac are driving me bats.

5dn - Bond's beneath you perhaps, it's said (13). I've got ????O???E?E?T I think it's PRONOUNCEMENT but can't see it.

14ac Always in operation obliged to follow operation. Again I've got H?R?E?O???. I think it's Horsepower but again not sure

5d Pronoun-cement - 'pronoun' is 'you' + 'cement' (bond)
14a Housebound - "always in" - 'use' + 'bound' (after) H(ospital) + o (circular)

Thanks (again) Lie In King. I had 15dn (hope you've got the puzzle) as remindul and not unmindful as it is. This was throwing Housebound out and sbsequently pronouncement didn't fit. All this sunshine is draining my grey matter!!!!
