Thanks nokiaman,Dont know if you have this crossword or not, But 32a clue is, Hunt champion jockey turned crime writer,(8)I thought answer was Francis(as in Dick)but thats only 7 letters any ideas?

Thank you so much Islowry,That fits in much better ,once again got hung up on Dick Francis to the exclusion of anything else, Mind you Francome is a new name on me ,so would never have worked it out
