But like many of the Skeleton clues I have no idea where the answer comes from. So if the answer is Echo, Why?

Further to my previous posts, according to the guy who puts his answers to the Express Skeleton every week, and he's seldom wrong, the answer is, Oslo.

Don't ask me why the answer is Oslo because I haven't the faintest idea.

My answers palindromes & cello he agrees with.

Here is the explanation for the answer Oslo direct from the expert:-

The former name for Oslo was Christiania, therefore Christian+i (one) and a (answer) = Christiania.
