KM Links Game - July week 1

Good morning all - yes, I'm back but who knows for how long, she may pull the plug on me at any second and truly, I wouldn't know where to begin to fathom the mysteries of her mind !!!

Now, before I go any further - belated Congratulations and profound apologies to LYSANDER who in all of the kerfuffle of last Monday, matched DEVADIVA in winning the June contest, scoring the necessary three points to try for first while I managed to award her only one point - very careless of me and I do apologise.

Thank you to STRIX who after several 'insane' communiques, mostly by text and usually in the middle of the night for at least one of us, was able to launch this weeks game along with all it's customary pomp and circumstance [!! ???] along with GEN2 watching over proceedings from the sideline -thanks guys, hope this doesn't happen too often.

And an especial thanks to jan1956 for her much appreciated thought for a replacement computer - I must confess that I missed watching the ospreys most of all, though Strix kept me up to date with happenings in the nest, it wasn't the same as being able to actually see them, then followed my disgust at not being able to run KM, and way back on the list was my inability to keep track of my daughter, gadding around in New York as she was - that didn't seem to matter at all, but then I won't be telling her that !!!

Now it's down to work, before I get too carried away [ or carried off !!] - todays matches were

And it had to happen sooner or later and it happened today - LONDON_LASSY, as first cab off the rank Saturday morning, predicted all four correctly and collected TEN POINTS to start off the new month with a flyer - CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU !!!!

Oh dear, I'm becoming a menace - you're quite right, stevie scored 6 points with three correct - my apologies to him and the Leader Board will be amended next week.
