Brilliant! thank you all so much. I had ended a word with 'ion' instead of 'ive' bibblebub giving the v in 34a, and 28d I'd spelled languor wrong getting o instead of u.
Can anyone tell me the answer to 19d. Gently removed a net from plate. (5) P_T_N
I have paten but I've not heard of it. I always thought it was platen (typewriter roller),
