2down. Entitled to have these disappointments (but not statutory) 3-6 N?N-?V?N?S.
I think this is non events . Please explain why if this is right, I have asked before but the rush to answer first seems to stop people reading the question correctly

It is NON-EVENTS, as you say. Think of it as "non-even t's", and you should see that the t's in "entitles" are in third and fifth place, i.e. odd, or non even, while those in "statutory" are in second, fourth and sixth place, i.e. even.
