Las two. Think I've got them, but I don't see why.
11d Without being without space, visitor dances (7) - I - U - T - MINUETS?
26a Takes cap off, starting the game (6) O - E - E - OPENER?
Please help me finish crossword 4396:-
23 across "cats have two though sounding if they have more" 8 letters ??R?p???
(I am not sure about the fifth letter, therefore it's in lower case)
14down "Regulations along a route passing through Wales need to be changed"
?y?L???
16 down (2 words) " In rocky recess fall, shaken by youthful passion" ?A?? ?O??
MINUETS - without means 'minus'; being without (meaning outside) space visitor (who is ET!), and dances are minuets. In other words, MINU S is outside the letters ET.
And an OPENER takes off a bottle top or cap; and an OPENER starts a game, maybe in cricket.
I think!
