I've been struggling all day with 11a,21a.' In which constant blurring of laconic narrations so recitfied,mistake ultimately forgotten? (11,3,14)I know there must be an anagram begining 'laconic'ect...Can someone ,please give a clue?

Because of the corns and bunions I never wear other than slippers on my feet. ;-)
"Corrections and clarifications" is an anagram of c (constant) + laconic narrations so rectified + e (mistake ultimately)
