Don't do the Wee Stinker so don't know how obscure it can get, but there is a Thai alcoholic beverage called Chang. So put 'gin' into 'chang' and possible answer could be CHANginG (ie turning)?

Ah. So the answer to 'Toboggan' isn't SLED, but it could be LUGE, making 3A possibly
