Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have a lovely answer for 22 down but it does not fit in with the multiworded clue starting at 23 and involving 52 letters in toto. Can anyone explain?

Thank you kayakamina. I see now that LIFE IS is in the grid but it is in 22a. On the computer (mine anyway) the long clue is mis-directed through 22d not 22a. Now I can continue happily. Thanks to all.

And I might even be able to answer my own question. It seems that LIFE IS missing from this crossword. My original lovely answer remains in place.

Now, is this a mistake in the crossword, or is there something very clever that I have missed?

Life is (22a) goes with 14a AND is part of the 52 letter quotation

Lady of Leisure works for me too (nice joke, not intended). The problem is that the first part of this clue is also clued in 23 in which it fits as LIFE IS rather than LADY OF.
