I've just submitted the Saturday Times and I have one wrong. I've checked and triple checked for typos, but can't find any. The only clue I think might have two answers is 12a Conspicuous way to be dismissed, say (4) - O - D I had BOLD for sounding like BOWLED and meaning conspicuous. Is there another answer?

no you are right it is bold.
You're right with 'Bold' (conspicuous) - sounds like "Bowled" (dismissed, as cricket)

Thanks a lot. Must be some other clue then, but I can't see what.
If it's any help? -

2d Commonplace book
3d Bull-do-Ze(n)

Yes. I had those, too. It's almost as much fun trying to find the wrong one as the crossword itself.

Got it! I had ABROGATE when it should have been ARROGATE. I had BR brother for bishop, when it shoulkd have been RR Right Reverend. Oh well.
