Thanks! You've confirmed the answers I thought they were, except i'm not sure why TROTTER fits the clue. Is "trotter" some sort of food?

Now I'm left with 11D. Could it be PISTE?

A trotter is a pigs foot. Deemed a delicacy in some parts of the world.

Yes it is Piste. Ones into' Is'. Pte is short for private.
