I have guessed 109 and think it is "one of the planets" from the "Fiesta" makers. 117 is definitely one of the members of "Judas Priest" (music group), whose surname is also a well-known chain of shops. The intervention of Little Boy Blue is worth ignoring, as it helps nobody.
