Looks like Shiatsu anagram of at sushi and an eastern medical thing.

Thank you ladyalex, I can see where you are coming from and you are probably right but I am sure the last letter is 'e'. I will keep looking to see if there is an alternative.

What is the clue that gives you the 'e' ?

Qu: These hearings followed WW - Answer: Nuremberg Trials. I have checked to see if 'u' can be used in place of 'e' but it only shows 'e'. (I suppose compiler could have mispelt it.)

Sorry I should have pointed out, it is the second 'e' ie berg/burg.

I have just been googling and although there are a few references to NurembUrg, it seems to be much more frequently spelled NurembErg.....Think it must be Shiatsu and NurembUrg, though to fit the clue
