Oh I've still got lots to go but 45 a is bugging me. I thought it was vowel but that doesn't rhyme with What lies beneath. Would like a clue for that please

Questions are from the Macmillan Cancer support rhyming pairs quiz as advertised on the Fundraising quizzes site sitesaveronline. Not due until July 23rd so plenty of time to send for it - they're always a lot of fun. A mixture of cryptic and straightforward clues.
The two clues were: 44 Good looking person (7) / Amaretto cocktail (4,6), for wjich the answer has been given in this thread; 45 Chip has one and Dale has two. What?(5) / Michelle Pfeiffer film (4,4,7).
