Sorry didn't answer the painting question! He's on the final stretch outside, but very difficult, borrowed a three tier ladder and still not tall enough, but he's struggling on. There are still bedrooms to paint but not in a rush for them. I wrote you a long epistle yesterday and you never got back to me, and whatever it was about I'm not doing it again! LOL
