Hi there,

My Niece showed me this website and said I should let you all know that I am the Master Thatcher who created the roof for the 2011 Daily Mail Dream Cottage competition. I re-ridged the house in 2010, so it should be solid for another 20-25 years. I live in the same village as the 'dream cottage' so i have a good deal of photos of it and my work on my website. I thought it might be of some interest to some of you so i have added a link below (my niece has added a link - i am new to all this :). There is also a link to the gallery page with this images on - i hope you enjoy and that it is of some interest to you. Also if you like my thatching style, some of you might be interested in the fact that I create summer houses with my signature thatch (as featured in the Daily Mail) on top.
