Did anyone else find this one harder than normal? I'm sure the answer to 1 across is TACO but what's it got to do with returning sick. Any thoughts appreciated.

Already explained on another post - apparently CAT is another word for vomit. Cat backwards (returning) + O.

It does help if you give the full clue - we don't all see the papers and not everyone may have seen the earlier post.

I agree with you jenbin; my husband usually rattles through this one, but he was a bit stumped at first. I have been puzzling about taco too - I am not familiar with some of these strange words!

I have checked & cat is slang for vomit! But where does the O fit in?

O' is short for 'of'
