11a anthea? (turner)
Probably HOWF for 2d

Where is your M from in 1a please?
7d is SLUR not SLIM (clue is 'slight') so ANCHOR ids correct for 11a
@ 2shortplanks - HOWF is one word hou don't need to learn how to spell because hou can spell it as HOWF, HOWFF, HOUF or HOUFF (according to Chambers)

Thanks folks.

Howf seems to fit OK (though I've never heard the word before!) and links nicely with "awe struck". I think Anthem (which I had considered - also Anthea) must be the other one as it fits with Heal for 7 down. But why it should be Anthem based on the clue has eluded me.
See Above ^^^
I gave you SLUR to fit with ANCHOR
Question Author
Just seen Gen2's answer which seems to fit the bill more precisely. So, I now have Slur for 7 down, Anchor for 11 across and Howf for 2 down! All done!!

Thanks everyone, I can now go back to sleep!
11a Anchor??
