Where was I?

Am completely stumped with trying to find the first saint - am looking at Anglesey Priory. Am I going in the right direction or have I got the wrong monastery in Cambridgeshire.

Sorry it is Shipea Hill and sorry if I offended by giving the answers but I thought that was the idea of this site ?

Oh Nooooooo! Neville you are a Devil. That's removed the challenge.
Why did you give the answers? There are still three days to go to closing date. That is why we have given clues.
No one suggested the answer was in the Anglesey (Wales) area, they merely referred to Anglesey Prior which IS in CAMBRIDGESHIRE.
Please try to give clues in future.

It's a tough enough Sunday Times "Where was I" this week.I do it for the mental exercise, and in odd weeks like this I go to Answer Bank when I am experasted. In relation to member Sir.Prize comments I appreciate the competitive nature of such quizzes, but this site is called The Answer Bank, not The Clue Bank,so in short the clue is in the name.
Neville - Thats why it is called THE ANSWER BANK!! You are totally correct. Must admit I love working it all out for myself but was extremely grateful for your help and after another hour!!! of consideration think you are also correct with the station! Oh well - it staves of the Alzheimers! Have a good evening all of you!
Hi Neville and Jacks10
There is an informal convention on AB not to just give the answers to Where Was I? It is not like a crossword, with many clues to be answered, where people might need help to get started with one or two clues.
Obviously you are not obliged to observe this convention.
There are two schools of thought: on the one hand some people think it is indulgent and vainglorious to show off with the answers. On the other hand, some admire the cleverness and perspicacity it takes to follow the trail to its destination.
Please, Neville and Jacks10, let me know what you think.
By the way, Neville, you have still misspelt the name of the station.
Kind regards

quiggers59 - you are perfectly correct. This is AnswerBank and a wonderful source for obscure solutions to quizzes and puzzles etc. However, you will note that my comment related to divulging elusive answers on the day the competition is launched. That is removing the challenge for others.
Good luck.
Good luck.
Voulez-vous - the newspaper is not needed when entering Where Was I? competition.
