The petal in the white is the red petal on a white one, and it is Qi, its on the opening credits. Ive heard the hour for the clock though rather than countdown. Think the umbrella is that thing about the grest british weather that was on in the autumn

Thanks very much for planet dinosaur as I had walking with dinosaurs and I think you're right. I think the bomb is comic relief, and therefore comic relief: the hunt for tony blair, the cross is educating essex, and I'm going for garrow's law too but other answers could be equally likely
