Four letters. First unknown second possibly u, third unknown, fourth unknown but clue is crossbow arrow. Might be ouzo? Gen2 thanks.

I took it that the dashes were missing letters and the ? meant that the letters shown were doubtful/
Versaille, please note for future that the ? is generally used for missing letters - hence the confusion.
