I don't really think it is Coleraine but if so would someone please explain or give me a hint, please

answer is in Ireland.

Oh, I have a different possibility. A 3 word term for Coal dust and a 6 letter word for transportion.

I think I might know what maninblack means -the same as a town in Derbyshire? but not an exact definition especially for the 5.

Can't work out the 5/4 yet from Goofy and Bluetit although I have been through Ireland list of towns several times but will keep trying but thanks.

I think I've got it at last.  It was the plum pudding that swung it. Begins with C I hope.
