Well the company has an excellent reputation so I feel it's more likely they value their customers and appreciate a polite and slightly humorous email as well as realising offering me a voucher will guarantee a further sale from me.
good news, but they still have your money!

what will you buy?
Question Author
I need a blu-ray player and a stereo. I was going to buy a stereo when I bought the tv but thought I'd keep hold of the pennies for a while. Glad I did now.
As one of those who recommended Richer Sounds to you - I told you they were a decent bunch to buy from. So glad they came good!

Thanks Ginge. I was happy with them after my purchase and this has really made me glad I followed the advice and went to them.
Well done Evian! :)

Well done Evian, I booked a holiday to Cuba many years ago and after the 9/11 attack the same holiday came right down in price, I got in touch with the holiday company because I had paid so much more than what it was being offered at after the attacks, didn't get any money back but got upgraded flights and room.
Nice one Evian. x

I'm dishing out rum toddies to the afflicted AB'ers soon.
