33 Pester - peer=noble + ST = street
6 is pe(st)er
34d Might be Levy
tact? TA + ct
^^ like that one
I was thinking soils for 6d, but can't see the wordplay.
6d. Soils ?
The 1st 2 clues appear to each have an extra word in them - is there an instruction that might apply to 6d e.g. a word missing?
That could be it - extra word in wordplay:
Urchin
Enforced
?
Presumably initial letters of these extra words make up a phrase such as diamond jubilee, making large the extra in 6d. Still can't see it!

'pester' fits in nicely and 'tact' I had wondered about tact but having the wrong thought for 33a this put me off, the crossword is ultra cryptic 26 clues have an extra word the initials spell definitions of unclued entries these being 'dinner jacket....don juan...disc jockey then 16 clues omit parts of the answers, that's where the confusion is as the two words must start with D and J and 'diamond jubilee only have 14 letters... thank you all for your help
