Please can anyone help?
24a Green stone salesman brought back to disheartened fool. (7) P_R_ D_ T.
27a 'Dice me in a pot' written on it's packaging (7) P_M_N_ O

The only two words I can get are Peridot and Pimento respectively but neither mean a thing to me which makes me think I may have something else wrong.
