Arthur Jenkins was a Labour politician who was Clement Attlee's PPS between 1940-5. Attlee's coat of arms has a shield supported by two Welsh Terrier dogs. It has been suggested to me that these dogs represent two of Attlee's (Welsh?) parliamentary private secretaries. Beyond this, however, I have made no further progress.

Am still looking for 90a and 91 - any ideas/clues?
