MacMillan summer Quiz - help!

Can anyone please give me a couple of clues to help me solve the last 2 I need to finish this quiz. I've tried all combinations of anagrams, initial letters and Googled names - but nothing helps.
No 74 Orchestra mishap upset music presenter (tried anagram of first 2 words but nothing comes to mind)
No 90 BBC broadcaster, popular in France, she took on Children's Kitchen at first (tried STOCK, from initials of last 5 words but nothing!)

90 You're correct with the surname. First name - opposite of out inside France

It may well be an anagram of "Orchestramishap" then

Yes, it's an anagram of first two words but I couldn't get it on the site I use. Her surname is hyphenated and it's the second part that begins with P .First part of surname sounds like what Oliver in Oliver Twist asked for.
