I think it's The Twits, but the second one is eluding me.

No I can't cupid, hence the number of letters has been keyed in wrong or it's a setter error

24 looks like "Horrid Henry's House Of Horrors", but the letters are not quite right (I and S missing and second word is 6 letters)
