Actually that doesn't work- I was thinking of Harveys (ad always precedes Corrie) but Y isn't a vowel

The thing you always see at the start of corrie is the cat.
Capital cities including cat are Muscat, and Qatar, could be others too, but dropping the vowel bit doesn't make sense just yet. It would help if we knew how many letters in the answer.
