Oh come on. This Macmillan quiz has only come out this week and doesn't
Nt close til 22 December, so plenty of time to work this out yourself, isn't there?
Do you have a theme?
Hahahahaha boysinblue is on duty again.
It Omen For Bedtime ?
Sorry, I didn't know it was a quiz Q...
Well done L-I-K

Hard luck boysinblue - pmsl
Question Author
it's not from any quiz as far as i know.
it is one of three that a friend texted me for help - i cannot, of course vouch for where she got it from.

however, thank you Lie-in-King.
Sir.prize - perhaps with your double standards you can explain why someone has to ask for help with a quiz that has only just been published and doesn't close for 3 months. What satisfaction can be gained by getting someone else to supply answers?
Excelsior-1 - it's from the latest Lizzie's quiz for Macmillan Cancer and doesn't close til 22 December.
Clearly you are the self-appointed Quiz Police. Just for the record boysinblue68, read this from a compiler of an earlier Macmillan Quiz FIVE years ago when you were moaning. Also AB’s own Editor has reminded you that this is a Q & A site and no restrictions will be imposed – despite your protests.

Munden

As the compiler of the Macmillan Summer Quiz I think I can put forward my personal view of using the AB site for answers.
As far as I am concerned the idea of the quiz is to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, which I'm sure you will all agree is a very worthwhile cause.
I try to include questions which cannot be Googled but, of course, cannot prevent questions being asked and answers being given on this site; and I have no intention of stopping it. Most contributors to AB are very friendly and will help where possible. It's just a club to which you may or may not wish to belong. If you join you must expect to play by the rules. If rules aren't broken then there should be no discussion!
I am quite sure that the people at the head of our 'leader board' each quiz research most of the questions themselves. I can usually work out who has asked which question and I can tell from the 'wrong' answers that some do confer with each other but I have no problem with that. That is why we have a few prizes for the 'also rans'.
I hope that ABers will continue to support the quizzes for what they are; fund-raisers. and I hope to do battle in the New Year.

Try picking the correct Macmillan quiz as your example. And what about your double standards?
Of course it is a different Macmillan quiz, you dipstick. The example was FIVE Years ago - even then you were complaining. Old habits die hard.

You have your answers babyinblue - straight from a compiler and the AB Editor.

Now go away and clench your teeth and stamp your feet.
I'll try and say it in English. Munden's Macmillan quizzes are different to Lizzie's Macmillan quizzes - the clue's in the titles.
I'll try and say it in English.

STOP policing the site and telling AnswerBank users what to do.
I didn't realize the AB editor had delegated powers to you. I'm impressed. Make sure you don't fall off your pedestal. Bye.
Bye babyblue -
