Elohim is the definition. Al I can think of for the parsing is the 'down under' could mean upside down so dump = hole and hole backwards = ELOH. I can't see the MI bit though

Mea culpa it should be all round road trip> I guesss the road trip=MI backwards.

Yes, that'll definitely be it then. I'd never heard of Elohim either- I just used a Crossword Solver based on the known letters and then worked back to parse it. Happy to help.
