Three words are provided as clue, however I missed one of the words and only have "Derek" and "Liberty". They are supposed to give you a clue to a musically-themed answer. They could refer directly to the words of the answer or they could be linked to someone who sings it and may not be directly linked with the actually wording. Any ideas of any kind?

That seems a bit of an obscure track though. Is there a theme to the quiz- can you give an example of a similar question you have answered? Or was it just a one-off radio competition question?

@Fibonacci I was thinking the same re Washington

@factor30 I think you actually solved the last clue for the same type of competition: http://www.theanswerb.../Question1169664.html
I remember now. It's hard without knowing the third word but I doubt very much the answer will be the Derek Washington one. The only Dereks I can think of are Derek & the Dominoes or Derek Longmuir of Bay City Rollers. Liberty is the name of a shop, a boddice or a bell.
Bay City Rollers were on Bell record label.

There's a Statue of Liberty of course but that's not musical and I know no statues of any musical Dereks
That could be it, Fibonacci. Is suppose Bell is linked to music- just. Shame we don't know the third word. Ding-dong?
