Thanks for those answers,any clues on the 1 and 5??
Gave the answer to no1
5 Can't think of anything except what you hang on your wall on the first of January.The town sounds like that but spelt differently
2 Thought Lumphanan but it's a bit iffy. Lum is the Scots word for chimney and fa'ing Scots for falling.
Also Lumsden sounds vaguely like Lums down?

Yes sorry it was number 2, but it maybe Lumphanan? Number 5 could be Callander as you say,thanks

I think the answer to no3 is Fetterangus.emeritus suggested Angus but fetter gives you tie up
