In fact you can make Queen Elizabeth the Second from the letters. That ties in with the comment that it is written out in full but is usually abbreviated (to Queen Elizabeth II). What is left makes the word BRIDGE. The QE2 Bridge is part of the Dartford crossing on the M25.
