I have found three pubs that claim to be the smallest:

The Lakeside Inn which can be found on the promenade in Southport is known as the smallest pub in Britain and affectionately called the "tardis".

The Nutshell in Bury St Edmunds

The Smith's Arms at Godmanston

I rather depends on how you define smallest
   Smallest frontage?
   Smallest floor area?
   Smallest volume?
